MAY 10-Mother's Day in Europe

Mother's Day is observed the second Sunday in May. It is a time to honor mothers, grandmothers, and great-grandmothers for their contribution to family and society. Since it is not a federal holiday, businesses may be open or closed as any other Sunday.

Celebration\ Observance

Mother's Day is celebrated with gifts, cards, flowers, a special meal out, jewelry, or chocolates and candy. Other special treats might include a spa or beauty treatment. It has become the most commercialized holiday for dining out and jewelry sales.

Dear friends, the school parade devoted to the 70th Victory Day is going on. today there has been a solemn  display "An Unnamed Regiment" -in memory of our (great)grandfathers, fallen on the fields of the Great Patriotic War. "Nobody is  forgotten, nothing is forgotten".

Dear friends, the great day  is approaching.  Actually, there was a contest of the songs, devoted to the war-time, its heroes, renowned and unknown, but not a single deed of theirs is forgotten, the memory is alive...
I appreciate your  musical  performance on the stage of School Assembly Hall, it was really sincere and  impressive.

Actually, I also took part in the party dedicated to Victory Day-2015. and I think rather  high of those who shared their family memory on that remarkable meeting of veterans. special thanks to the girl from school 3 35 who played the guitar and accompanied me with music.

НОВОСТИ   Новость от 24 апреля 2015 г. Число просмотров: 147 Культура     Умников и умниц наградили сегодня в Кемерове – в Театре для детей и молодежи подвели итоги научного соревнования «Юниор» и научной конференции «Интеллектуал». Проект, задачей которого является выявление, развитие и поддержка одаренных детей, реализуется с 2000 года. По словам организаторов, за 16 лет более 8 тыс. кемеровских школьников проверили свои силы и получили объективную оценку. В этом учебном году 840 учащихся из 50 образовательных учреждений представили 739 исследовательских и творческих работ. К публичной защите на научных секциях была допущена 621. Оценивали старания юных интеллектуалов преподаватели КемГУ, КузГТУ, КГМА, КемГУКИ, Кемеровского института РЭУ им. Плеханова, КГСХИ, научные сотрудники Института экологии человека Сибирского Отделения РАН. Экспертная комиссия отметила практическую значимость докладов: ребята исследовали состав продуктов, рассматривали особенности применения компьютерных программ, анализировали иностранные фильмы, изучали технологические процессы, проводили наблюдения за составом воды в водоемах. Всего ребята продемонстрировали знания по 16 направлениям – именно столько секций работало в рамках городского проекта «Интеллектуал».
